Each of us has a comfort zone. That is the area, both physical and emotional, where we believe ourselves to be safe from harm and even undue stress. The understanding of where our comfort zone is can and often does change radically at different points in our lives. As we move forward, it is good to be aware of where our comfort zone is as well as where those of others are.
